Kim Chung is a Chinese-born restauranteur and the founder and chief executive officer of Chung Chinese Express. Chung was born in August 1990 in mainland China. In 2008, at age 18, she immmigrated to the United States to earn her bachelor's degree from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley. In 2012, she moved to Los Angeles to help her cousin run a restaurant. After a few years of gaining experience, she opened the first Chung Chinese Express in 2018 and has maintained a successful business.
